In 1999, I became a Reiki Master in the Usui Tradition. Reiki is a form of energy healing. Reiki translated means Universal Life Force energy. As a practitioner, I utilize this energy to provide healing to clients. Reiki helps clients relax so their own bodies can do the healing. Reiki can be done in-person or remotely.
